For more than 30 years, Lilli Vandermeer has walked the path of sacred ceremony, holding space for healing, remembrance, and profound reconnection. Her work weaves ancestral wisdom with grounded presence, supporting individuals and families as they move through grief, transformation, and life’s most meaningful thresholds.
With over a decade of experience as a licensed funeral director, Lilli has supported countless souls through the tender terrain of loss. Her approach to grief is both practical and spiritual, inspired by Celtic tradition and by training with Elders and teachers from diverse cultural lineages in hospice and grief rites.
Lilli has trained as a Sacred Celebrant with Priestess Dawn Kinsella on the holy Isle of Avalon Glastonbury, refining her ability to hold meaningful ceremonies, including Handfastings, Naming’s and Grief ceremonial work.
